Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers.   There shall be no substitution in the type of arrangement, that is, no change in arrangement size or shape.Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value.  In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. During Valentine's Day, or Mother's Day every effort will be made to accomodate your order. However, some things may be neccessary to substitute.

• Deliveries orders placed  before noon Arizona time will be delivered the same day unless another day is requested. We will contact you if we cannot accommodate a same-day delivery.
• We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
• We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day. Valentine's Day is an exception when holiday falls on a Sunday.  Mother's Day orders will be delivered the day before or the day after (if the order is received on Mother's Day).
• In the event that a recipient is not homeIt is up to the driver’s discretion to LOP (Leave On Porch) which will be evaluated based on weather, temperature and overall safety.
• Deliveries to Apartments or the like will be left with leasing office.
• School policies require deliveries to be made to main office, hospital policy varies at this time, please check with the hospital before you order.
